HawkSoft 6 Essentials Course for Everyone in your Agency
This course is designed to teach all users in your agency the differences between v5 and v6 features. Each lesson covers a feature that all users will use on a daily basis, such as account settings, log notes, attachments, creating Tasks (replaced Suspenses), and more.
HawkSoft 6 for CSRs & Producers
This course focuses on the changes to clients and policies in HawkSoft 6 and is designed to familiarize CSRs and Producers with the updates to these features.

This course is designed for those at agencies who are designated as "Admins" of HawkSoft - those who are responsible for setting up, configuring, and managing the settings within HawkSoft.

Migration Details
Read Only Database
When your agency performs the final migration to HawkSoft 6, you can still access your HawkSoft 5 database in a "Read Only" mode.
Agent Commission Rules do not migrate to HawkSoft 6. You can export your user commission settings from the User List to use for reference when creating Agent Commission Rules in HawkSoft 6. This creates a .csv file with all commission settings listed across active users. Optionally, you can also include all inactive users. This does NOT include carrier-specific agent commission exceptions, which are stored in Policy-Company Setup.
Settings Migrated from the Sandbox
When you perform the final migration to HawkSoft 6, most settings (e.g. General Configuration, User List) are copied from your HawkSoft 5 database. This article covers which settings are copied from the Sandbox instead of your HawkSoft 5 database, and which settings do not migrate at all and need to be configured after final migration.
