User Calendar Integration
Calendar integration with HawkSoft makes it possible for you to sync with Outlook or selected online calendars to open and view events from the Calendar side panel on the HawkSoft Start Page.
-
Multiple calendars with the same provider can be configured with HawkSoft.
For example, if you have more than one calendar set up under your Google account, one for customer birthdays and one for annual review appointments, they can be combined in the HawkSoft calendar view.
Calendars from multiple providers cannot be combined. For example, you cannot configure both your Google and Outlook calendars together in HawkSoft.
- When integrating with a Microsoft Outlook® calendar,HawkSoft will have access to the calendars for the user logged onto Windows® only.
- Calendar events are displayed on the Calendar panel for all of your calendars configured with your provider.
