HawkSoft makes it easy to get carrier quotes on prospect policies, as well as existing policies, using HawkLink, or by using one of the many comparative rating programs HawkSoft integrates with.
Quoting from Carrier Websites Using HawkLink
HawkLink is a tool that enables you to launch websites from within HawkSoft, and populate website fields with information from a client or policy stored in HawkSoft. Using HawkLink makes it quick and easy to request quotes from carriers.
HawkLink is available as a Google Chrome® or Microsoft Edge® extension, so you will need to make sure your computer has the selected browser installed to start using it.
Quoting with ACORD Forms
HawkSoft makes it easier to request quotes from carriers using ACORD Forms, by enabling you to automatically flood client and policy information directly into ACORD forms fields. Once the ACORD forms are created, you can quickly email the forms directly to one or more carriers to request quotes.
Using ACORD Forms to request quotes and rewrite policies saves time by eliminating duplicate data entry, automatically attaching forms to the client record for future use, and making it easy to track submitted applications and carrier responses.
This article explains how to send ACORD forms to your carriers, whether you still need to create those forms, or they're already in the policy's Attachments tab. This helps make sure you're ready to Track Submissions, so you can keep your submitted applications and their responses organized.

Comparative Rater Integration
HawkSoft provides tools for integrating HawkSoft with a number of comparative rating programs. Depending on the vendor your agency works with, the integration may be one-way or two-way.
- One-way integration – Enables your agency to seamlessly pass client and policy information to the rater for quoting new business or re-rating current clients. These "one-way" bridges transfer information either to or from HawkSoft, but not both directions.
- Two-way integration – Enables HawkSoft to send client and policy data to the rater, and from the rater back to HawkSoft. Using these bridges reduces the amount of time spent entering data and can significantly increase productivity.
The HawkSoft Importer
The HawkSoft Importer enables you to import client and policy or quote information into HawkSoft from a third party vendor using a supported HawkSoft integration file format. After importing, you can quickly create a new client, add a new policy to an existing client, or update an existing policy in a client, using the information contained in the imported file.
Track Carrier Submissions
Submission tracking makes it easier for you to keep track of the many applications and forms your agency submits to carriers. Each client/policy has a Submissions tab where you can conveniently create and track items submitted to carriers as a Submission item, and then group these Submissions as they are sent to multiple carriers.
