E-Signature Templates
HawkSoft enables you to create templates for composing standardized e-signature requests to send to clients with documents to be signed. Each template can include a subject, a default message which can leverage merge fields to automatically pull in relevant client, policy, and/or agency data, as well as additional documents to include with e-signature requests using the template.
E-Signature templates can be selected and modified from the Send for E-Signature dialog when sending documents for electronic signature through HawkSoft. See E-Signature Overview for more information about purchasing and using HawkSoft E-Signature (powered by Formstack Sign), or using a third-party e-signature provider.
