HawkSoft Server List for IP Allow

The HawkSoft desktop application, HawkSoft Browser App, and HawkSoft Agent Portal all connect to our HawkSoft servers to log in, see client information, run reports, and perform other essential functions. Depending on your security settings, you may need to allow access to HawkSoft servers through your firewall or other security software.

HawkSoft recommends consulting your IT team before making any changes to your firewall.

In order for HawkSoft to perform essential functions, all workstations for the agency need to have access to the following HawkSoft domains:

• *.hawksoft.com

• *.hawksoft.cloud

• *.hawksoft.app

• *.userpilot.io

HawkSoft does not require specific ports.

HawkSoft recommends using domain names instead of IP addresses, because the IP addresses can change.

HawkSoft E-Signature Server and Port Information

Agencies who use HawkSoft E-Signature may need to add these additional servers to receive full functionality with HawkSoft E-Signature.
