Batch Actions from Reports
After generating a report, you can take several actions to leverage your agency data and improve efficiency. By customizing, saving and sharing , or creating 1-Click Reports you can reduce manual effort and quickly access the insights you need. Once the report meets your needs, you can use it to perform batch actions that support daily agency operations.
This article outlines the batch actions available to streamline your workflow.
HawkSoft enables you to update specific data across many different clients or policies at one time, rather than manually updating each client or policy one at a time.
HawkSoft enables you to create a batch log note for selected clients from your reports. When creating a batch log note, you can set a Task for further action. This will create an identical copy of the log note and task on each policy listed in the report, enabling you to create multiple identical logs and/or tasks all at once. Additionally, you can apply a client tag to each client the batch log note is applied to.For example, you might run a report that includes all clients with policies set to renew in the next 30 days. You could then run a batch log note on the policies in this report and set a Task for an agent/producer to contact each client and conduct an annual review.
See Creating a Batch Log Note for more information.
A batch email allows you to send the same message to a group of clients at once, saving time and ensuring consistent communication. Agencies often use batch emails to share updates, reminders, or marketing messages efficiently, without having to email each client individually. The HawkSoft Batch Emailer simplifies this process by enabling quick, targeted outreach directly from a report.
See Batch Emails for more information.
HawkSoft's Batch Letters feature enables your agency to print a batch of letters for all (or selected) clients on a report using the same template.
For example, you might want to create a Renewal Letter to all insureds renewing next month, or a Cancel Letter to all insureds who canceled last month. Each letter can include specific client and policy information depending on the merge fields inserted in the selected letter template.
