Policy data and age-based reports
HawkSoft cannot currently produce a unified report combining age or date of birth (DOB) information and policy detail. Age and DOB fields are unavailable on Policy reports, and fields such as Line of Business and Policy Status are unavailable on People-level reports.
Currently HawkSoft's recommended solution is to run an age-based report as described in this article, and a separate policy-based report for the policy information you need. Compare clients listed on both reports to find policy information for users within the specified age range. For ease of comparison, these reports can be exported to CSV, opened in Microsoft Excel, and cross-referenced using tools such as the VLOOKUP function. For detailed information about this function, see Microsoft's help documentation.
Some agencies may choose to use AI to assist with data processing such as combining reports or tracking trends. For the security of your data and clients, HawkSoft recommends removing any PII from reports before providing files to the AI assistant. See To customize your report view
