Feature Availability
While every feature is fully accessible through the HawkSoft Desktop Application, some capabilities are also available through the HawkSoft Agent Portal and the HawkSoft Browser App.
This article provides categorized lists showing which features are available when accessing HawkSoft from the Browser App, the Agent Portal, or the Desktop App.

The features listed below are accessible only if user permissions also allow access to that feature. Neither the HawkSoft Browser App nor HawkSoft Agent Portal will allow a user to access features unless their User Permissions permit it.
